Knowing the language and sounding clear are not the same thing
Understanding can break down at any level of English — both for the person listening to you and for you. That is normal: your speech apparatus has never been trained to make these sounds the way native speakers do.
The accent lands before the meaning
People ask you to repeat yourself and switch to simplified English. In the rooms where it is decided who gets to lead a project, being hard to follow reads as being unsure.
English is built by the mouth differently
Many languages are spoken with the lips and jaw almost still, while English is spoken on a slight smile — that one difference changes the whole sound.
Listening breaks down too
Native speakers talk fast: words run together and produce sounds that never appear in writing. Your brain waits for what it is used to saying itself, does not find it, and hears one continuous stream instead of speech.
Pronunciation is physics. It is won by training the speech muscles.
How the practice is built
One repetition takes about twenty seconds. A session is simply those repetitions, stacked up.

The model of a sound, a word or a phrase: slowly, then at normal speed.
You repeat
Camera and microphone on. One attempt takes a few seconds.
You see the breakdown
What your mouth did, what came out of the sound, and where it parts from the model.
You try again
This time with a precise description of what to move.

What the camera sees
- How far the jaw opens
- Rounding and spreading of the lips
- Lip closure and lip-to-teeth contact — /p b m/, /f v/
- The tongue tip between the teeth — /θ ð/
- Overall tension in the articulation
What the sound reveals
- Vowel quality and length
- Voicing, and devoicing at the end of a word
- Aspiration of /p t k/ at the start of a syllable
- A clean stop closure, with no stray vowel inside consonant clusters
- The distance from the model — exactly where, and how far
Neither channel works on its own. A mirror shows you your face, but it hands you no model and no verdict.
An audio recording flags the sound that went wrong, yet it never explains the physical cause. And nothing inside the mouth is visible either — audio analysis is what covers that blind spot.

When an AI coach earns its place
There is no teacher
You have not found one, the price is too high, the time zones do not line up, or you are simply not ready to start with a person yet. This is a way to begin properly, instead of watching a couple of videos and letting it go.
You are working with a teacher
The lesson happens once a week, and the skill is built every day. The app covers the six days in between: you arrive with the groundwork done, and the hour goes on the hard parts rather than on the basics.
The course is already over
Pronunciation is a physical skill, and it slips away without load. Short regular practice holds the shape you have already paid for in time and money.

Common questions
Why British pronunciation only?
Because there has to be one model. Mixing British and American inside a single word or phrase is more audible than any one imprecise sound. We chose Modern RP / SSB and hold that system whole.
Why a camera? Is a microphone not enough?
A microphone tells you the sound is off. The camera tells you why. A large part of articulation is visible from the outside: how far the jaw opens, how the lips round and spread, how they close, where the tongue tip sits between the teeth. That is precisely what tends to break first.
The reverse holds too: the body of the tongue, the soft palate and the vocal folds are invisible to a camera, so a camera alone would not be enough. Every breakdown is built on both channels at once.
How much time does it take each day?
Fifteen to twenty minutes. More is unnecessary, and less, every other day, stops working: a motor skill sets on regularity rather than volume. Two hours once a week will do less for you than twenty minutes daily.
What level of English do I need?
B1 and above. This is not strictness for its own sake: at the first stage we work with sounds inside words and short phrases, rather than explaining grammar and reading rules. If your English is still at the very beginning, pronunciation is worth taking up a little later, once there is something to build it on.
